At approximately 11:07 pm on Saturday, the Washington Police Department responded to a call of an armed burglary in Washington. The caller stated that a male dressed in all black came into the home, pointed a gun at a friend, made a vague threat, and then left the residence on foot. The officers arrested 22-year-old Colby Miller of Washington for burglary in the first degree, a Class B Felony, as well as dominion control of a firearm by a felon and going armed with intent, both Class D Felonies. Miller is currently in custody at the Washington County Jail. Bail is set at $25,000 cash only.
