U.S. Senator Joni Ernst visited Muscatine, Clinton, Jackson, and Washington Counties on Wednesday. Ernst made her first stop of the day in Muscatine County to visit the Kraft Heinz facility, meet with leadership, and hold an employee Town Hall Meeting. The second stop of the day was in Clinton County to present a Small Business of the Week Award to Big River Packaging, meet with leadership, and tour the facility. Ernst’s third stop of the day was in Jackson County to visit Maquoketa High School’s Agriculture Learning Center, meet with students, and take a tour of the facility, including two classrooms, two multipurpose labs, and a greenhouse. Ernst ended the day in Washington County to visit Kalona Housing Development and take a driving tour.
