Celebration of Life service for 91-year-old Mona Thompkin Paul will be at 3p.m. Sunday, April 23rd at the Timmins Reception Hall at Halcyon House, 1015 S. Iowa Avenue in Washington. Visitation with the family will be held from 2-3p.m. prior to the service at Halcyon House. The Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington is handling arrangements.
