It was a clean sweep for the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys and girls golf teams Monday as they took down the Wilton Beavers in River Valley Conference play. The Golden Hawk boys scored the road win 178-206. Drew Schlabaugh and Clayton Davidson both went low for the Hawks, firing matching 43s with Schlabaugh taking medalist honors on a cardback. Other Mid-Prairie scores included Bryce Henry and Aiden Bush with a pair of 46s, Warren Scarff 48 and Alex Bean 57. The Golden Hawks are now 3-1 in conference play and 15-9 overall with a trip to the West Liberty Invitiational Tuesday.

The Golden Hawk girls bounced back from a tough stretch with a big day in Kalona, beating Wilton 193-226. Madi Davidson was meet medalist with a 46. Kylie Reinier took medalist runner-up honors at 47. Other scores for the Hawks included Gabi Robertson 49, Elliot Debler and Alexa Huber 51 and Addison English 54. Mid-Prairie is now 12-6 on the season. They are back on the course Monday in a triangular against West Liberty and West Branch in Kalona.
