Funeral services for 78-year-old James Orville “Jim” Manley of Washington will be at 10:30a.m. Friday, April 28th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours begin at 4p.m. Thursday, April 27th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment with military honors will take place at the Friends Cemetery in Richland. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.
