Wildcat junior Kaden Amigon was the champion in two events, winning the 100-meter dash in 11.15 seconds and taking the 200 meters in 22.39 seconds. Senior Triston Miller also won multiple events, claiming the 110-meter hurdles in 14.41 seconds and posting the top high jump of six-and-a-half feet. Junior Cael Phillips was the 3,200-meter champ in 10 minutes 58 seconds, while classmate Russell Coil put up the top toss of 46 feet eight inches in the shot put.
Columbus needed only 43.87 seconds to win the four-by-100-meters and just over a minute to win the shuttle hurdles. The Wildcats also claimed a title in the 4-by-400 in 4:04, while their win in the sprint medley in 1:40 came by tenths of a second.
