Washington welcomed runners on Saturday for the tenth annual Kewash Half Marathon. The Kewash Half Marathon is a community collaboration between volunteer organizations, Washington County YMCA, Washington County Hospitals and Clinics, Washington State Bank, & Washington County Conservation, which provide health and wellness benefit opportunities within Washington County. Proceeds from this event directly impact multiple non-profit groups right here in our communities. This was the 10th annual Kewash Trail event, with distances including a 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. KCII provided a soundtrack to Kewash runners, playing music and broadcasting live with the Big Red Radio in Sunset Park from 8-10 a.m.
