The Washington County Board of Supervisors held discussion regarding a change order for ENCITE Architecture to look at other possibilities in regard to the Orchard Hill Complex renovation and relocating some county services. Supervisor Marcus Fedler gave some more information, “Basically, we’re asking ENCITE to do three options; initially, they were hired to do an option, and now we’re asking them to do others. So the building committee met last Thursday afternoon, and we talked over some of the plan A, B, and C. So, we’re still questionable about where exactly everything will go, but we presented them with some direction as far as how to proceed.” The Board voted unanimously to approve the change order for ENCITE to go ahead with developing these new plans.
