A scoreless tie through one half would flip in Columbus’ favor, helping the Wildcats improve to 5-2 in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference and 8-7 overall. The Columbus girls were not as fortunate, as while they got the match to overtime, they still fell 2-1 to Central Lee in the extra period. The Wildcats conclude the regular season by falling to 3-10.
