There are more than one hundred and twenty graduating high school students in the partner school districts of Highland, Hillcrest, Keota, Lone Tree, Mid-Prairie, WACO, and Washington who have successfully completed at least one career academy at the Kirkwood Washington County Regional Center while in high school. A career academy is a bundled set of college-level courses focused around specific careers or areas of interest, earning 12 or more college credits for a total of $2400 tuition savings. These students will receive a Kirkwood medallion at their high school senior night to commemorate their success.
