Funeral services for 80-year-old William James “Bill” Mouser of Wellman will be at 10a.m. Saturday, May 20th at Prairie Flower Baptist Church. Calling hours begin at 2p.m. Friday, May 19th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or the Prairie Flower Baptist Church.
