The Washington City Council discussed amending the fees at  Elm Grove and Woodlawn Cemeteries. City Administrator Deanna McCusker explains the changes. “The columbarium have been priced according to where they are located, and it just seemed unfair.” The price for all plots will be a flat fee of $600. no matter where it is placed. There will be a $100 fee at the discretion of the sexton regarding inclement weather.
