Following the sweep of Tipton, Golden Hawk Head Coach Amy Hartsock-Williams joined the KCII postgame show to talk about what she saw Monday. “We came out bombing, both games, first inning. We got a little sloppy on defense. We need to clean up our short game and bunting also. Otherwise, I’m really happy to come out with both wins against Tipton. It was a team effort and that’s what it’s going to take for us. Everyone up and down the lineup is going to have to do their jobs and it’s great to see them doing it early on.”
