A Mount Pleasant man was charged this week, following an incident that occurred in March.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the incident, involving communication and/or a relationship between 24-year-old Jeremy Lee and a juvenile . Upon investigation, this communication was found to be of a sexual nature.

Resulting from this incident and subsequent investigation, Lee was arrested and charged with enticing a minor-sexual purpose, a class D felony, and telephone dissemination of obscene material to a minor, an aggravated misdemeanor. A no contact order has since been filed.
