Funeral services for 76-year-old Richard “Ted” E. Simmering of Machesney Park, Illinois, formerly of Washington will be Monday, June 26th at 11a.m. at Delehanty Funeral Home in Loves Park, Illinois. Visitation will be from 10a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Scottish Argyle Cemetery.
