The Keota Eagles lost a pair of home games on the diamond last night. Keota baseball saw a relatively close game get blown open in the sixth inning, when Southeast Warren scored five runs on their way to a 12-3 victory. Eagle senior Aidan Anderson paced the lineup with two hits and one run batted in from the leadoff spot. Sophomore Billie Kindred also had two hits and scored a run for Keota, which drops to 9-11.
The Eagles also lost in softball yesterday, falling to Tri-County 16-0 in three innings to stay winless on the season. Both Keota teams will return to action tomorrow night against Belle Plaine.
