The Hillcrest Academy Raven softball team lit up the scoreboard Tuesday in a 15-2 three inning Southeast Iowa Superconference win over Winfield-Mt. Union. The Ravens scored once in the first and seven times in each of the second and third frames. The Lady Wolves got single tallies in the first and second. The Ravens out hit WMU eight to one. Nine different Ravens scored, eight had an RBI and seven collected a hit. Delaney Shaw finished two for three with four RBI and a pair of runs scored. Kylee Statler, Malia Yoder, Erin Bontrager and Lydia Beachy each drove in two. Claire Withrow, Morgyn Nafziger and Zoey Curtiss all had one RBI. Nafziger scored three times, Yoder, Adrianne Blauvelt and Curtiss twice each. Yoder got the win in the circle, going three innings with three hits, no earned runs and striking out five. The Wolves offense was led by a double from Anna Anderson and a run each for Josie Nelson and Katie Miller. Hillcrest is now 7-13 on the year as the Wolves fall to 4-13.
