Thursday at 9 am was the pretrial conference for Mayor Jaron Rosien. Rosien appeared with his attorney, Eric Tindal. Keisha Crestinger was present on behalf of the State over the phone. The Court was advised that discovery is ongoing, and the parties agree to continue the pretrial conference and trial. Therefore, the pretrial conference shall be continued on August 11th at 9 am, and the trial by jury will be held on September 12th. Rosien was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony in January.
