The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will meet at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29th, in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Washington County Hospital & Clinics at 400 E. Polk Street. The purpose of the meeting is to hold the regular monthly Board Meeting. The Board will conduct the regular monthly meeting, which will include a provider discussion report, medical staff report, personnel report, and review of the May 2023 financial reports, including FY24 Operating and Capital budgets and CEO report. Following the open session, the Board will hold a closed session for Peer Review and Strategic Planning/Community Based Care and for a Compliance Report.
