The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved the employee pay recommendations at their meeting on Tuesday. Deputy Washington County Auditor Michelle Hymen explains, “So this is all the wage increases that will start July 1st, and I had sent out recommendation sheets to all the departments just to confirm what was done at budget time, and they submitted back to me the corrections and whatever needed to be done, so this is what I compiled.”  These employee pay recommendations had been previously voted on by the Board of Supervisors before budget meetings took place.
