The Washington County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday. On the agenda is the approval of a date, time, location, and mailing of notice for the rescheduling of the July 25th, 9:00 a.m. public hearing on McKains Grading Project to upgrade the existing secondary road right-of-way known as Dogwood Avenue to improve the safety of the road. Also on the agenda are applications for the Disabled Veterans Homestead Tax Credit and the 28E Agreement with the Mental Health Agency of Southeast Iowa regarding the creation of a mental health and disability service region. The meeting will begin at 9 am and is held in the Supervisors’ chambers in the Washington County Courthouse.
