While pool construction continues in Keota, the City is tentatively planning to have it ready to open by mid-August.

The next major step in construction is installing the gutters, which is scheduled for mid-July. Once that is completed, additional concrete can be poured, followed by the liner placement and installation.

Once the pool is opened, the intention of the City, as well as the Pool Advocate Team is to have it operational for at least three weeks this summer to ensure all areas are working properly and are ready to go for a full season next year.
