On Monday, the Washington Sheriff’s Office received a report that the Muscatine Police Department had a man in custody with three Washington County warrants, child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor, ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, a serious misdemeanor, and failure to appear for pretrial conference in reference to the child endangerment charge. 19-year-old Harley Miller was arrested and held on a $5000 cash bond. Miller posted bond with the Muscatine County jail. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
