Graveside services for 87-year-old Stephen A. Rothman of West Palm Beach, formerly of Chicago, will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 17. Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home on Monday, July 17. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been set up for the Pre-School at the United Methodist Church.
