The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved a Secondary Road Use Application at their meeting on Tuesday. The application was for the Southeast Iowa Tractor Associations Memorial Tractor Ride for Travis Greiner. The memorial ride will be taking place on August 26th, starting in Keota and traveling through western Washington County.
