With the 131st Louisa County Fair just days away, the candidates for the event’s Queen, Junior Queen, and Princess have been named.

This year’s Queen contestants include Brelynn Randall, Madeleine Howell, Jacie Hoeg, and Montana Boline. Junior Queen candidates are Dahlia Valdez, Kennedy Rife, Jakayla Nelson, Emma Salazar, and Grace Keltner. In the Princess contest, it will be Kensley Salazar, Harper Parkhurst, Paisley Buckman, Harper Milder, Scarlett Jones, Katelyn Huston, Luna Giovanazzi, and Charlotte McMurl.

Competitions will be held on Sunday, July 23 at 3 p.m. at the Columbus Community High School auditorium. The event will be free, open to the public, and is followed by the coronation at the Louisa County Fairgrounds beginning at 6 p.m. The 2022 Queen, Junior Queen, and Princess, Victoria Howell, Josie Nelson, and Eloise Keltner will crown this year’s winners, who will represent Louisa County at next week’s fair.
