The Keota Eagles were a tough out every time they took the baseball diamond this season, going 11-12 overall, and other coaches in the South Iowa Cedar League took notice, as Keota ends up with four players receiving all-conference honors.

One of those players is senior Aidan Anderson, who makes the second team as a utility player. At the plate, Anderson had a team-high .338 batting average and came up with 14 runs scored and 19 runs batted in. As a pitcher, Anderson posted an excellent 1.98 earned-run average and rolled up 64 strikeouts in 63-and-two-third innings of work.

Keota junior Evan Vitteote is named a second-team outfielder after finishing the season by hitting .247 with 12 RBI. Fellow junior Tanner Waterhouse went 3-3 on the mound with a 3.29 ERA and also hit .329 while scoring 19 runs to receive honorable mention. Eagle senior Caleb Waterhouse batted .295 with a team-high five doubles and scored 18 times on his way to honorable-mention status.
