The River Valley Conference announced it’s boys postseason soccer awards and four Golden Hawks were honored for their work on the pitch this spring.

A pair of players were named to the first team including senior striker Owen Trimpe. The Mid-Prairie forward led the Hawks with 19 goals, 10th most in Class 2A. His 43 career goals rank second most in school history. He also added four assists.

Junior defenseman Beau Flynn was also a first team selection. Flynn was part of a Golden Hawk unit that turned in a shut out and gave up an average of three goals per match. He also pitched in on offense with two assists.

Junior Tucker Miller was a second team All-RVC pick in the mid-field. He finished with eight goals this season and eight assists. His number of helpers was best on the team and seventh in the River Valley.

Senior Noah Ford was an honorable mention RVC player this season. He finished with seven goals and two assists and contributed a team high three penalty kick goals.

Mid-Prairie finished with a 9-7 record in 2023.
