The Washington Public Library will be offering a managing meltdowns series for caregivers and teachers. Called Managing Meltdowns: Taking the guesswork and guilt out of your child’s hardest moments. This class will explain the brain science behind meltdowns and how to get through them without having a meltdown of your own. The class will be facilitated by Kirah Johnson and will be held Tuesday, July 25th, from 5:30 to 6:30 in the Nicola Stoufer Meeting Room. This class is free to attend.
