On Monday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an accident with a tractor on Orange Ave in Kalona. Jason Miller of Kalona suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the tractor; the vehicle left the roadway and collided with multiple trees. Miller was transported to the University of Iowa Emergency Room by the Washington County Ambulance. Other agencies that assisted were Kalona Fire and Kalona EMS.
