According to the National Weather Service of the Quad Cities, it will be very humid through late week, with hot daytime temperatures and little reprieve at night. The hottest day is anticipated to be Thursday. A combination of heat and humidity will make it feel oppressive and can be dangerous if outside for any extended period or without air conditioning.
