Funeral services for 77-year-old Rhoda Ann Lowe of Washington will be at 11a.m. Saturday, August 19th at the Brighton Community Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Memorials for the Brighton Volunteer First Responders may be left at the church or mailed to the family. Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
