Celebration of life services for 69-year-old Thomas Alan Shepherd of Washington will be held at 4p.m. Saturday, August 19th at the Prairie Flower Baptist Church. Family will receive friends following the service. A general memorial has been established. The Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements
