In an effort to make the transition into high school as smooth as possible for its incoming freshmen, Mid-Prairie is holding a family orientation on Monday, August 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. 

All soon-to-be ninth-graders, as well as their families are invited to the event, where students will go to their classrooms with their Seminar Advisors. They will also receive their schedules and have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have. Meanwhile, family members will be in the cafeteria to receive information about Mid-Prairie High School and have their questions answered as well. The evening ends with students rejoining their families with time to tour the building, find their classrooms, and meet their teachers. 

Anyone attending this event will first meet in the Mid-Prairie Cafeteria, entering the building through doors W3 or S2. Parents and guardians are asked that their students are registered through the district’s eRegistration prior to the orientation.
