A memorial service for 93-year-old Robert Dean Garrett will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 29 at the Main Dining Room of the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends from 2-3 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Home. Military honors will be accorded at the conclusion of the memorial service.
