At the 2023 Iowa State Fair, 937 exhibitors and 77 chapters took part in the FFA Photography contest, with several area works receiving top honors.

Representing the Mid-Prairie FFA, Jacey Sisson earned the Champion title in both the FFA and Supervised Agriculture Experience categories. Fellow Mid-Prairie FFA member, Madelyn Sieren was named as Reserve Champion for her FFA photography.
