On Thursday the Washington County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant on a subject already in custody at the Washington County Jail. Twenty-year-old Zachary Miller of Kalona has been given another charge of sexual exploitation of a minor, a Class C Felony, and possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act, a Class D Felony. Miller is currently being held in the Washington County Jail on a $50,000 bond, these new charges contain a bond of $15,000. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
