On Thursday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in Wellman with a subject that is wanted in Washington County and arrested 21-year-old Brooke Habner-Keever of Washington. Habner-Keever is wanted in Washington County on two warrants: forgery, a Class D Felony, and fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor. Habner-Keever was also charged with providing false information, a simple misdemeanor. Other charges are pending the return of lab results. She is currently being held in the Washington County Jail on a $5,000 bond. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
