The Highland Huskies are gearing up to hit the road for the first time this football season tomorrow night when they take on Danville. Highland is looking to earn redemption for a 38-6 defeat at the hands of North Cedar last week.

Husky quarterback Sage Hartley-Norman threw for 111 yards in the opener but will need to avoid the four interceptions from Week One. Junior receiver Ayden Havel will be a go-to target after posting four catches for 80 yards.

On defense, Highland will look to produce takeaways like the three interceptions they had last week. Junior Logan McFarland will be a leader after posting a team-high seven-and-a-half tackles and two tackles for loss against North Cedar.

The Huskies are facing a Danville team that lost its season opener to Lynnville-Sully but features junior quarterback Jaden Bauer, who threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns for the Bears. Highland kicks off at Danville tomorrow evening at 7.
