On Thursday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a subject had been located in Montrose with a Washington County Warrant. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Christina Gray of Washington on local charges. Gray was wanted in Washington County on the charges of violation of probation on the original charge of failure to register as a sex offender second offense, a Class D Felony. Gray pleaded guilty to the offense of lascivious acts with a child in 2013 in Washington County. Bond was set at $5,000, and a detainer was placed with the Lee County Jail.
