On August 31st at approximately 3:50 pm, the Washington County Communication Center received a report of a violation of a no-contact order and domestic dispute at 71 S. Washington Street in Riverside. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Javon Riley of Iowa City on violation of a no-contact order that was put in place in 2015 after the subject had gone armed with intent, a Class D Felony in Johnson County. Riley also had two active warrants for her arrest. Riley was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
