A celebration of life for 84-year-old Shirley Ann Brown of Wayland will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 9 at Eicher Mennonite Church. Burial will follow at the Eicher Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, September 8 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
