The Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team scored their first Southeast Iowa Superconference victory of the season, taking down the visiting Pekin Panthers in four sets at Hillcrest Union Tuesday. The Ravens were winners by scores of 25-15, 23-25, 25-15 and 25-20. Individual leaders included Malia Yoder with 16 digs, 14 kills and five aces. Kylee Statler had 10 kills, five aces and three blocks. Claire Withrow piled up 33 assists and five aces. Niva Helmuth had three blocks. The win puts Hillcrest at 5-4 ahead of a Thursday matchup at Wapello.
