The Hillcrest Academy volleyball team takes to the road in Southeast Iowa Superconference play Thursday when they visit Wapello. The Ravens are 5-4 on the year after a Tuesday win in Kalona over Pekin in four sets. This season the Ravens have 187 kills, 162 assists, 395 digs, 33 blocks, and 66 aces. Individual leaders include Claire Withrow with 156 assists and 113 digs, 57 kills for Malia Yoder, and Kylee Statler with 22 aces and 15 blocks.

Wapello is 6-8. They swept Highland Tuesday. The Arrows have 232 kills, 232 assists, 434 digs, 47 blocks and 35 aces. Individual leaders include Annaka Greiner with 105 assists and 12 aces and Emily Hemphill with 106 kills, 113 digs and 17 blocks. Wapello has won seven straight in the series with the Ravens last victory coming in 2018. Action starts tonight at 7:30p.m. At Wapello High School.
