The Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team welcomes Winfield-Mt. Union to Dwight Gingerich Court at Hillcrest Union tonight for a Southeast Iowa Superconference match. The Ravens are 5-5 on the season after being swept at Wapello Thursday. This season, the Ravens have 187 kills, 162 assists, 395 digs, 33 blocks and 66 aces with an 88% serve efficiency. Individual leaders include Claire Withrow with 156 assists, Malia Yoder with 113 digs and 57 kills, and Kylee Statler with 22 aces and 15 blocks.

Winfield-Mt. Union is 8-8 this season. They were at the Wilton tournament this weekend where they went 2-3, beating Highland and Mediapolis but falling to Burlington, Mount Pleasant and the home Beavers. This season the Lady Wolves have 272 kills, 231 assists, 563 digs, sixth most in Class 1A, 71 blocks, ninth in 1A, 68 aces and a 91% serve efficiency. Individual stat leaders include Tessa Huston with 141 digs, Aurey Meeker with 136 assists, Audrie Gipple with 100 kills, 31 blocks for Lily Freeman, fifth in 1A and 19 aces for Pacey Schlee. The Lady Wolves have won nine straight in the series, with the Ravens last victory in 2018. Action starts tonight at 5:30p.m. at Hillcrest Union.
