Funeral services for 84-year-old Charles W. “Bill” Davis of Winfield will be at 10:30a.m. Friday, September 15th at the Winfield United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery. Memorials are directed to the Winfield First Responders or Sunrise Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
