Visitation for 84-year-old Carolyn Millice of Wellman will be on Monday, September 18 from 4-7 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A private family burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Wellman QRS.
