The Washington School Board held a regular meeting on Wednesday; on the agenda was the retiree’s recognition from the school board. Superintendent Willie Stone made the announcements, “A lot of years of service to the district and a lot of years of service to our community and to our kids, so, thank you so much for that. I greatly appreciate it.” The retirees range in years served from sixteen years to forty years.
