On Wednesday, September 20th, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report from Keokuk County that they located a subject wanted in Washington. The Sheriff’s Office responded and arrested 34-year-old Teresa Moore of What Cheer on a violation of probation on the original charge of possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a Class D Felony. Moore is currently being held in the Washington County Jail on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
