The Washington County Extension office is offering a free, weekly class designed to provide caregivers with skills to take care of themselves. Help reduce stress, learn how to solve problems, and communicate confidently when faced with tough decisions. The classes are held on Thursdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in The Harvest Room at Halcyon House from October through the second week of November.
